Nurse (Coventry)

You will have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of the esidents, whilst in turn supporting their families.

What else we're looking for:

Experience of producing well developed care plans and risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA. Plus experience or willingness to train in:

● Basic Life Support - including choking, CPR, DNA CPR and Anaphylaxis

● Moving and Handling (Not People)

● AND

● Moving and Handling of People

● Medication Administration and Competency Test

● Brain injury Awareness

● Buccal Training

● Tracheostomy Training

● Safeguarding Children

● Catheter Training

● Bowl Care

● PEG Feeding

● Epilepsy Awareness

● Tracheostomy Training

● Suction Training
