The process of search and selection depends entirely on our clients’ needs and wants. Our consultants will work with our clients to tailor a solution that meets their needs comprehensively. We take the necessary steps to ensure that even before candidates are matched to placements, candidates undergo tests and that the necessary references are provided at the onset of selection. Our processes are entirely computerized, thereby decreasing room for errors. We have also set up the regular performance evaluation on all temporary workers on assignment to ensure that a consistent level is quality and output is delivered at all times. Our stringent selection process also means that only the highest quality of candidates, permanent and temporary are selected for roles.

This is particularly important when our drivers have been scheduled to attend our office. We ensure that a comprehensive interview process is executed wherein we discuss past experiences as well as full testing of legislation and route  planning. After successful completion - the driver is taken onto the next stage of selection process.  We provide a full briefing of the importance of the type of work required, as well as quarterly Driving License Check with all drivers used.
